Meet Heidi and Anna.
The wedding itself was just beautiful. You could not ask for a better day for a lakeside wedding. They didn't have a wedding party
but had both of their families walk in before them, including all the kids
doing various tasks such as carrying flowers that were later give to their moms, carrying the rings
which were in little stick bowls, and the smallest girls dropped flower
peddles.
It truly was a family affair. Heidi's father decorated
the arch, her mother did the flowers, and a friend
took the professional pictures. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Anna and Heidi walked out while everyone else stayed at
their seats for the stone blessing. The guests were then invited to
join the happy couple at the water, get a stone, and make a wish for them when they
threw it in the water. And even though it was her big day, Anna made her famous 'Anna balls' for
desert and two of their friends made chocolate covered strawberries.
One of the hits of the reception was the camera station with a huge backdrop that the kids played
at and took pictures all night. Check out some of the great shots below!
